The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is really happening.
